Windows XP – Recover the display to wrap

Solution 1:

  • Right-click the folder that contains images
  • the menu, choose “Properties”
  • in the window that opens, click on the “Customize”
  • under “What type of file you want?” down the menu and select “images”
  • click on “Apply” then “OK”

Solution 2:

  • Double-click on My Computer
  • Tools / General tab /
  • select “Show common tasks in folders”

Solution 3:

Reactivate the component shimgvw.dll (Windows Picture and Fax Viewer).

Connect to a session “Administrator” and Windows:

  • click on “Start Menu”
  • click on “Run …”
  • type or copy / paste “regsvr32 shimgvw.dll” (without quotes)
  • press the “OK” or “Enter” key
  • press the “OK” to confirm.
