How to install Fantastico using root login WHM.
If you are a user of cPanel and want to install Fantastico you need to follow next steps
1. Move your location to /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi:
cd /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi
2. Download latest version of Fantastico:
wget -N wget http://www.netenberg.com/files/free/…_whm_admin.tgz
3. Unpack fantastico files:
tar -xzpf fantastico_whm_admin.tgz
4. Remove fatastico arhive:
rm -rf fantastico_whm_admin.tgz
After these steps login on your cpanel admin http://yourserverip:2078 and follow in the botom of the page
-> Plugins
-> Fantastico De Luxe WHM Admin
-> Install
One need to complete the installation by following the online screens.
Note: If you get this notice, ensure you have aquired the licence for your host!
This server is not properly licensed.
Your main server IP as currently seen by our servers is “youripadress”.
If you have submitted a different IP for licensing, please contact your NOC if this is a NOC license or email sales@netenberg.com with order number, currently licensed IP and new IP (youripadress) if this is a self-purchased license.
If this is a self-purchased license, it may also have expired. In this case, please follow the payment link in the renewal notification which you have received by email in order to renew your license.
If you ran a demo version of Fantastico, you now need to purchase a full license.
