By default, the small bubbles of information are displayed on the screen 5 secondsbefore disappearing. It‘s can!
To have the time to see them, we must increase this time. To do this, scroll down the menu Start -> Control Panel.
Click 2 times on ergonomics Option and click on the link Making tasks easier to accomplish.
